RPM Physical Therapy is a fast-growing, privately owned Physical Therapy practice in the beautiful Woodlands, TX. We are a 100% cash-based clinic meaning we don’t contract with insurance companies. This allows us to provide uncompromised, high-quality care using the most advanced technology in the business.

We're Looking for Physical Therapists Who: 
- Are excited to build confidence in their clinical skills and grow alongside a team that values biomechanics and forward-thinking approaches.
- Are naturally curious and committed to lifelong learning, with a desire to keep improving through mentorship, education, and hands-on experience.
- Are detail-oriented and thoughtful in their assessments and treatment planning, with a focus on long-term client outcomes.
- Are open communicators who appreciate collaboration, feedback, and shared problem-solving.
- Are genuinely passionate about helping others move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free lives. 

Skills & Qualifications:
- Current TX PT License 
- Current CPR Certification  
- 1+ years of experience preferred but not required  
- CSCS and OCS preferred but not required
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Position Highlights:  
- 1-hour evaluations and follow-ups (This ensures top quality patient care)  
- $5,000 annual budget for Continuing Education (We invest in your growth!)  
- Work with a highly motivated clientele who are serious about their health and performance
- Continuous opportunity for professional growth through in-house training and mentorship  
- 2-hour professional development training and in-services every week
- 1:1 weekly mentorship with an OCS, FAAOMPT, and sports biomechanics experts
