Under the supervision of experienced clinical staff, the Behavior Interventionist implements individualized treatment plans, supports skill development, and contributes to the overall success of each client's program.Responsibilities:Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescentsImplement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisorsAccurately collect, record, and maintain data on client progressSupport treatment goals across home, school, and community environmentsAssist in implementing programs designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum DisorderMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standardsCompensation: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
