$27–$32/hour

What You'll Do
- Run personalized training sessions on movement, strength, and conditioning
- Share nutrition and recovery know-how that helps members thrive (within your scope)
- Build custom plans around each member's goals and lifestyle
- Create genuine coaching relationships built on empathy and communication
- Track progress and tweak programs based on real feedback
- Bring positive, welcoming energy to every member and guest you meet
- Be a proud face of Club Elevate, professional, upbeat, and all about community
What You Bring
- Training experience with a passion for long-term results, not quick fixes
- Current Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to get one before your start date)
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Flexibility for mornings, nights, and weekends
