Courier/Independent Contractor (Miami)

Job Summary Ameriship Parcel Delivery is a medical overnight and courier delivery service operating in Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Missouri, Kansas, Florida, Colorado, Georgia, and Illinois. We are the leading provider of pharmacy delivery in Texas, offering 1‑hour to next business day service. We are hiring full‑time and part‑time drivers in the Miami area to pick up and deliver packages to residential and business addresses. Applicants must drive their own vehicle; a mid‑size to large‑size vehicle is preferred. The role is a Monday to Friday shift with Saturdays available. Drivers should be highly energetic, competent, self‑motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills. Punctuality, reliability, and delivery experience are required. The position requires use of handheld devices for each delivery and ownership of a working smartphone. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Previous experience with FedEx, UPS, or other parcel delivery services is preferred but not mandatory. Route length varies, with an average workday of 7‑10 hours. Driver Requirements Valid driver’s license. Reliable vehicle; routes may require a larger vehicle such as a cargo/sprinter, large SUV, or box truck. No DUI/DWI within the past five years. Pass a background verification. Must be available to drive Monday through Friday and complete routes by 7 pm. Capable of pickups between 4:30 pm and 7 pm on a weekly rotational basis.
