General Manager – Manchu Wok & Planet Smoothie
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment? Manchu Wok and Planet Smoothie are looking for a motivated and dependable General Manager to lead daily store operations, support the team, and help drive business success.
In this role, you will help create a positive workplace, deliver great customer service, and keep the store running smoothly every day.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily restaurant operations
- Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and product availability
- Support sales goals and operational performance
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
- Build a strong, positive, and dependable team culture
- Help ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and quality service
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant, food service, or retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to be hands‑on with the team
