- Coordinate the flow of materials to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate material transfer documentation and inventory records.
- Run and distribute pick lists to ensure timely material movement.
- Communicate material shortages proactively and work with cross-functional teams to identify solutions.
- Investigate material shortages and production interruptions, complete root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor new component supply and material lead times to prevent outages.
- Assist in reducing excess and surplus inventory through ongoing analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve inventory and supply chain issues.
- Support special projects and other warehouse-related initiatives as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain processes, and FIFO methodology.
- Experience working with pick lists and system-generated reports.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
