As a Landscape Crew Member, you’ll be hands-on laying sod, planting, trimming, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation and installation of mortar-less segmental concrete masonry wall units. and maintaining stunning landscapes that impress our customers.

Plus, when winter hits, you’ll be part of our snow removal team, ensuring safety and accessibility for all. We also offer shop hours during the winter to keep you employed year-round. At $16.50-$18.00 per hour, your hard work and passion for landscaping will be rewarded!

Previous maintenance or grounds keeping experience will propel you towards success, particularly when tackling tasks like mowing and planting. You should be ready to embrace the elements, working extended hours in various weather conditions. Being able to lift, pull, and push materials weighing up to 75 lbs. is crucial, as is a commitment to safety and an ability to follow specific instructions meticulously. Your self-motivation will shine through as you take the initiative in creating stunning landscapes.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Maintenance or grounds keeping experience a plus.
• Willing to work extended hours in inclement weather.
• Lift pull and push materials up to 75 lbs.
• Detail and safety oriented.
• Able to follow specific instructions. Self motivated.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to stand, climb, squat bend twist and stand for extended periods.
• Able to learn and develop skills over time.
