Mitigation Project ManagerMadison area restoration contractor A&J Property Restoration has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Mitigation Project Manager. We are looking for a Sales and Estimating professional who is highly motivated and ambitious. The ideal candidate must have a professional appearance, natural sales personality and eager to create and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers and customers. Additional qualities for this candidate are having keen attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clientsInspect prospective projects, scoping the work, and generate an estimate, which is typically completed in an estimating platform such as X1 (Xactimate), Symbility, or T&M ProBudget and manage residential and commercial mitigation projectsMonitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the projectManage and maintain insurance program performance metricsExperience and Qualifications:Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the Restoration IndustryIICRC CertificationsInsurance mitigation experienceXactimate estimating software experienceProven track record and personality for salesExcellent verbal and written skillsMS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Operations Manager experience a plusCompensation package includes base salary plus commission schedule, health benefits, 401(K), phone, weekly fuel, automobile, and paid vacation.
