Early Intervention Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
Participate in screenings assessments child groups parent groups center visits and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers medical providers social service agencies and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development monitoring and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelors degree in nursing from a four-year college or university or an Associates degree or diploma in nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word Excel Adobe and Office365 including Outlook OneDrive
• and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required
