1+years of experience Forklift certified or willing to obtain Able to lift 50 lbs. Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production leadership preferred Ability to coach, train, and motivate production staff Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to adapt quickly and learn new production processes Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned packaging line operations to ensure production goals and quality standards are met
• Perform quality inspections and verify products meet company specifications
• Monitor labor productivity and assist with line staffing decisions as needed
• Train and coach production employees on line procedures, safety, and performance expectations
• Support troubleshooting efforts and perform simple equipment maintenance and adjustments
• Ensure production procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and production teams to resolve operational issues
