Join Our Team – Maintenance Technician (Commercial & Residential Properties)

Location: Seneca Falls & Union Springs, NY Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Note: Some weekends and rotating on-call schedule required

Are you a hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in high-quality work? We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help maintain our commercial and residential properties. If you have strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and/or general repairs—we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Repair drywall, patch surfaces, and apply paint (interior and exterior)
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete fixture replacements
Conduct routine and preventative maintenance across multiple properties
Perform limited repairs and/or maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and/or structural systems
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repair calls
Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
Accurately document maintenance work and service records
Work with property managers, vendors, and contractors to complete projects

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in commercial and residential maintenance
Experience in carpentry, drywall repair, and painting; knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks throughout the day

Typical Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
