Hiring Manager

Within 18 months of launch, AutoHDR scaled to $20M ARR bootstrapped. AutoHDR is an AI real estate photo editor - now editing over 25% of US listings. Hiring Manager We’re entering a period of rapid growth, with the goal of going from $20M to $100M over the next year. Getting there starts with building a world-class team. From April to now, we’ve grown from 10 to more than 40 people across all departments, and we’re planning for a similar pace of hiring in the months ahead. This role will own our hiring efforts and the recruiting operations needed to support that growth. It’s one of the most pivotal roles in the company. Whoever fills this role will be able to operate significant autonomy and resources to build the team that will take us to the next level. You’ll need to understand the company’s long-term vision and immediate priorities, translate them into a hiring plan, and execute, from researching and sourcing candidates to building relationships and closing hires. You’ll also build the processes that allow us to do this consistently and at scale. We’re looking for someone resourceful, diligent, and persistent, a strong problem-solver who takes ownership and finds a way to get things done. Examples: Build a recruiting pipeline from scratch to hire exceptional people across marketing, sales, engineering, and operations at AutoHDR. Develop and execute outbound recruiting campaigns, using both high-volume outreach and highly personalized approaches to top tier talent. Build and lead internal recruiting teams, establishing the tools, processes, training, and accountability needed to consistently bring in great candidates. Own the hiring process from sourcing through signed offers, coordinating interviews, maintaining clear candidate communication, and keeping every next step moving. Manage onboarding for every new team member, coordinating paperwork, tools, access, and training so they are prepared to contribute from day one. Requirements: Extreme work ethic and persistence. You are resourceful in finding great people, consistent in following up, and willing to try new approaches when something isn’t working. Demonstrated ability to build recruiting pipelines and move candidates through a hiring process. You can adapt your approach to different roles, teams, and levels of seniority. Take a systematic, data-driven approach to recruiting. Measure response rates, pipeline conversion, and hiring outcomes, then use what you learn to improve. Be comfortable building operations from zero to one, leading a team, and personally doing the sourcing, outreach, coordination, and follow‑up required to get results. Preferred: Experience recruiting for both technical and business roles at a fast‑growing startup or enterprise company Experience building and managing sourcing or outbound recruiting teams. Experience using recruiting tools, automation, and applicant tracking systems to scale outreach while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Experience managing employee onboarding and building repeatable processes across departments. Compensation

• 100K - $180K Base, + Commission
• 200k - $300k OTE
