Janitor / Groundskeeper PositionThe Denver (APA) location specifically is seeking to fill a Janitor / Groundskeeper position. This position will be responsible for helping maintain and clean on a daily basis high-traffic areas like lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring a presentable and sanitary environment by handling spills, restocking supplies (soap, paper), emptying trash, light dusting, and assisting with special requests, unlike traditional janitors who clean after hours. Key duties include restroom servicing, lobby upkeep, spill response, trash removal, supply replenishment, and basic maintenance like changing light bulbs, all while providing a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors.RequirementsRequired Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities:High School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportationMust be a team playerBasic cleaning and maintenance knowledgeStrong attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and multitaskAbility to lift up to 50-poundsPhysical stamina for standing, walking and lifting; andMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check and non-DOT physical, post offer; certain positions may require a credit check.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
