ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Jamesha Gore-Coggin - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life Insurance Specialist. In this sales-focused role, you'll help individuals and families protect their financial future through personalized life insurance solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate life insurance sales through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate life insurance coverage.
• Present policy options, explain coverage benefits, and guide prospects through the application process.
• Follow up with prospects, address questions, and close sales.
• Review existing life insurance coverage and identify opportunities to address changing needs.
• Work toward agency sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow applicable regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to build rapport, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
