Rehab Office Assistant
Columbus Community Hospital
24 hrs/wk (Mon-Wed-Fri) 8:00-5:00 with some flexibility. Assist Office Manager with front office duties that include providing clerical support and customer service in an outpatient physical therapy setting. This includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, registering patients, tracking paperwork, communicating with insurance companies regarding benefits, claims and denials, and utilizing various software programs within CCH system. Emphasis on providing exceptional patient experience for our clientele. Previous experience in clerical work in therapy or medical office setting helpful but not required. Knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures is helpful but not required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and other software programs helpful but not required. Must have at least a high school diploma/GED.
