Advantage Car & Credit is looking for a sharp, dependable, and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team!

No automotive sales experience required! We're more interested in your personality, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn than your experience selling cars.

If you have a background in sales, retail, customer service, wireless sales, or another customer-facing industry, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative, you'll help customers navigate the vehicle purchasing process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with customers and creating a welcoming, professional environment.

• Responding to customer inquiries through phone calls, text messages, and online leads.

• Following up with prospective customers and helping guide them through the buying process.

• Asking questions, listening, and understanding each customer's needs and goals.

• Assisting customers with credit applications, financing options, and vehicle selection.

• Working with customers from a variety of financial backgrounds, including those with less-than-perfect credit.

• Maintaining accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM system.

• Keeping a professional appearance and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

• Working alongside your team to achieve individual and company sales goals.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but automotive experience is not required.
