In this role, you’ll support and develop a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, drive center performance, and help create a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and team members. What You’ll Do

Lead Sales & Guest Experience

• Work at least 3 front desk shifts per week to support the team, connect with guests, and actively sell wax passes and retail products
• Set, communicate, and track sales goals for Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists
• Review sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide ongoing coaching, encouragement, and feedback to help team members succeed
• Ensure every guest receives a warm, professional, and consistent experience

Develop & Support the Team

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified team members
• Train and mentor team members on sales, service, products, and center standards
• Build a positive, respectful, and motivating workplace culture
• Support employee retention through strong communication, coaching, and recognition
• Partner with leadership to address challenges and celebrate wins

Manage Center Operations

• Partner with the Regional Center Manager to implement business initiatives and improve center performance
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and expense control
• Maintain center cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation
• Ensure compliance with inventory, loss prevention, and operational procedures
• Track and meet key performance goals, including sales, labor, inventory, and cost of goods

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to drive results
• 2+ years of management or team leadership experience
• Retail, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service-based experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with POS and CRM systems; Zenoti experience is a plus
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• A positive leadership style and passion for helping others succeed
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
