Sales Manager

- Own DRB: Master our membership and POS system, manage accounts, and keep our sales reporting sharp and accurate.
- Drive Sales: Set the pace on membership sales - coach the team, hit goals, and lead by example with customers.
- Run the Shift: Open and close the site, handle cash with accountability, and keep the team on track.
- Lead the Team: Supervise, coach, and support your sales and wash techs so everyone brings their best.
- Set the Standard: Keep customer service, cleanliness, and site quality at the Cheetah Clean bar.
- Leader: You've managed or supervised a team before and know how to hold people accountable.
- Sales-Driven: You thrive on hitting numbers and coaching others to hit theirs too.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and owning a POS/membership system like DRB - prior experience a plus.
- Accountable: You can open, close, and manage cash with full ownership.
- Flexibility Pro: You're adaptable with your schedule, including opening/closing shifts and weekends when needed.
