During the academic year, the position is expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a reduced schedule of up to 15 hours per week during the summer months.The typical schedule will be Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; however, flexibility is required as work hours may vary to meet the operational needs of the College and department, including occasional evenings and weekends.Work Model: Hybrid*In-office requirement: Mondays and Wednesdays for regular team meetingsRemaining hours scheduled based on event coverage and departmental needsMay work up to 40 hours per week during peak periods, including:Move-In Weekend (August)Family Weekend (October/November)Alumni Weekend (April/May)Commencement (May)Overtime eligible during approved peak periods, based on a mutually agreed scheduleMust have access to reliable and secure computer and internet connection.Must have access to a dedicated and suitable workstation at remote location, including desk or table and supporting, upright chair.
