Responsibilities for a Mailroom Clerk / Office Services Associate include but are not limited to:

• Sort, process, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, courier items, and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, certified mail)

• Track shipments, log deliveries, and research/reroute unidentified or misdirected mail

• Support office services by setting up meeting rooms, restocking pantry and supplies, and responding to employee requests

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying shipments, maintaining records, and managing inventory levels

Candidates for Mailroom Clerk / Office Services Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, office services, or a similar support role preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

• Basic computer skills for tracking, logging, and data entry

• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
