Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance department for all the plants’ electrical and mechanical repairs. The maintenance lead is to act as a leader to other employees and to be involved with the hands-on maintenance duties. This job is responsible for monitoring and determining the most efficient distribution of work assignments. The position is entitled to order any necessary parts and manage all relations with various venders in absence of the manager.
