Web Data Analyst Location: Dania Beach, FL Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite after onboarding) Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Overview Our client is seeking a Web Data Analyst to join its growing Data Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing customer behavior, translating web interaction data into business insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve the digital customer experience. Unlike a traditional Business Intelligence role focused on operational or financial reporting, this position centers on website analytics, customer journeys, event tracking, and conversion optimization. Responsibilities Analyze customer behavior across multiple web properties Identify trends and opportunities within the online customer journey Develop SQL queries to transform raw event data into meaningful reporting datasets Create dashboards and visualizations that communicate actionable business insights Define website tracking requirements for new features and functionality Partner with Product and Front-End Engineering teams to ensure analytics are implemented correctly Validate tracking accuracy and data quality Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or product analytics Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, CASE statements, and working with large datasets Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 or similar web analytics platforms) Experience analyzing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and clickstream data Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Google Analytics Event Feed BigQuery experience Experience writing or defining tagging requirements Experience partnering with Front-End Engineering or Product teams Background in e-commerce, travel, or other customer-facing digital products Work Environment First two weeks require approximately 4–5 days onsite for onboarding and knowledge transfer. Following onboarding, the schedule transitions to a hybrid model with 3 days per week onsite in Dania Beach, FL .
