Senior AI Product Manager

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain.
• We require at least 2 years in a company with a strong product management culture.
• We expect advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• We need proven experience leading product lifecycle work, including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, requirements definition, and value management.
• We are seeking experience guiding technical teams from idea through alignment and execution.
• We value familiarity with AI model architectures, including large language models, and methods such as prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, MCPs, and agentic frameworks.
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Preferred: an advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience defining evaluation sets and leading quantitative and qualitative assessments to deliver reliable, high-quality results.
• Preferred: a track record of launching successful products at scale.
• Preferred: experience leading technology transformation for large digital operations.
• Preferred: experience developing products in highly complex, large-scale back-end environments.

• We develop a product strategy and vision that create value for customers.
• We lead discovery activities and market research to identify customer solutions and shape the product roadmap.
• We own, maintain, and expand the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• We build the framework and track key product success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• We identify how AI can influence top-line business metrics.
• We translate user and business needs into strategy and actionable requirements.
• We write and own roadmaps and product requirements documents (PRDs).
• We lead project teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and front-office business leads through technical and non-technical decisions through launch.
• We present, drive alignment, and secure buy-in from company leaders.
