Requirements Active cosmetologist license in the state of Florida or currently enrolled in a cosmetology program. Passion for hair design, color, and cutting. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a goal and team‑oriented environment. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development. Flexibility to work full‑time or part‑time hours, including weekends and evenings. Professional appearance and demeanor.
