Pharmacist

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (variable) Need outpatient and can work inpatient if needed. Needs to be flexible with days and hours inpatient/ER pharmacist with ACLS & PALS. PALS can be obtained on-site Must be flexible with schedule and work across multiple locations Position Summary & Responsibilities: Provide inpatient, outpatient, and ER pharmacy services as needed Accurately process prescriptions and manage medication dispensing Handle controlled substances in compliance with policies and regulations Counsel patients on medications and treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safe, efficient pharmacy operations Requirements: Current, active Pharmacy license (AZ preferred) BLS Certification (Required); ACLS required for inpatient/ER, PALS required (can obtain onsite) Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD from accredited program Minimum hospital pharmacy experience (inpatient and/or outpatient required) ER experience required Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills Must pass background check and drug screen Contact Number: View phone number on click.appcast.io or View phone number on click.appcast.io Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience Experience with automated dispensing systems (Omnicell, ScriptPro) Adaptable, reliable, and team-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr HiredFirst
