Junior Estimator

Summary The Junior Estimator is responsible for preparing time, cost, and labor estimates for assigned projects, applying knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, and/or processes. For awarded contracts, the Junior Estimator provides ongoing cost estimate support to operations. Roles and Responsibilities The Junior Estimator will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Completes Quality Survey/Take-off Contacts Vendors and Sub-contractors Prepares Pricing, Bids and Proposals Executes Transition Supplies Cost Estimates on Changes During Construction Ensures a Safe Work Environment Participates in Training/Certifications Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-5 years of concrete estimation experience Heavy industrial experience required Proficient in Office 365 Timberline and CRM experience preferred Baker is an EOE Disability/Veterans Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Baker Concrete
