Position Overview

Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager Community Engagement Operations & Partnerships to support the Rhode Island Healthcare Transformation Program (RHTP) . This role will oversee community engagement operations, stakeholder coordination, advisory council activities, partner communications, and implementation tracking while supporting statewide healthcare transformation initiatives.

• Support CMS reporting, leadership updates, public reporting, and internal accountability activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Experience supporting public meetings, advisory councils, community engagement, public health, government, or human services programs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Experience preparing executive reports, meeting materials, and stakeholder communications.

Other Qualifications

• Experience with Rural Health, Health Equity, Public Health, Medicaid, Human Services, or Community-Based Engagement initiatives.
• Experience working with state agencies, community organizations, or healthcare transformation programs.
• Familiarity with CMS-related reporting and public-sector engagement processes.
