Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Technical Writer in Philadelphia, PA, Wilkes-Barre, PA, or Alpharetta, GA. This individual will support service and delivery operations by creating and maintaining SOPs, process maps, job aids, reference guides, training materials, and other operational documentation. They will meet with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify documentation gaps, and translate processes into clear documentation and visual workflows. The Technical Writer will also maintain documentation standards, version control, and change histories while supporting multiple documentation projects. This is a 3-month hybrid contract paying $26.00-$40.50/hour.
