Job Description:SupervisorJenkins Plumbing Company, LCJenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Top-Out Supervisor to lead and manage residential plumbing top-out operations. This position plays a critical role in coordinating crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets company standards and project deadlines.Position SummaryThe Top-Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day top-out plumbing activities on assigned projects. This role requires strong field leadership, technical plumbing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, foremen, and other trades.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct top-out plumbing crews on commercial job sitesPlan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet project timelinesRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawingsEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code requirementsMonitor material usage and coordinate with warehouse and project management teamsConduct jobsite walkthroughs to ensure quality control and workmanship standardsTrain, mentor, and evaluate crew membersEnforce company safety policies and jobsite proceduresCommunicate progress, challenges, and manpower needs to managementQualificationsJourneyman or Master Plumber license preferred (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, with top-out supervision strongly preferredProven leadership and crew management experienceStrong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practicesAbility to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationScheduleFull-timeMonday–Friday, with occasional overtime as project demands requireCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary or hourly pay based on experienceCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (as applicable)Paid time off and paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance options401(k) retirement planOpportunities for advancement within a growing organizationWhy Work for Jenkins Plumbing?Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is a respected and growing commercial plumbing contractor committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.
