HVAC/R Service Technician

Hvacr Service TechnicianLincoln Group has partnered with a client in the construction industry in search of an HVACR Service Technician to join their team! The HVACR Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVACR systems utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatics and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding/brazing, and mechanical layouts. We are looking for candidates who want to join, build, and contribute to a great team!Type of Hire: Direct Hire Location: Santa Maria, CA/San Luis Obispo, CA/Paso Robles, CA Compensation: $25+/hr DOEResponsibilitiesResponsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.Uses a variety of hand tools, and follows blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.Provide technical support to customers.Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVACR systems.Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service manuals, scheduling, and completing repairs and maintenance services.Keeps current on all manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.Requirements3-5 years of commercial HVACR service experience.Valid driver's license with no DUI, DUID, or DWAI convictions in the past 36 months.Associate degree, HVAC trade school certification, or 5-year apprenticeship program.EPA approved universal technician certification.2 years of DDC experience, preferred.Low voltage electrical certification, preferred.For IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, please apply immediately with your resume and availability to interview.
