AI-Driven IAM Architect for Cloud Identities

We are seeking an experienced IAM Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of identity and access management solutions supporting modern AI-driven environments. This role is focused on hands‑on architecture and solution design, including secure authentication models, dynamic identity provisioning, and identity strategies for AI agents, systems, and users. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM architecture, Azure identity technologies, authentication protocols, and non‑human identity management within enterprise cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity and access management architectures supporting AI‑enabled applications and services
• Define authentication and authorization models for AI agents acting on behalf of users and systems
• Design dynamic identity provisioning processes to improve scalability and operational efficiency
• Develop secure identity models for user‑to‑agent and agent‑to‑system interactions
• Support AI deployment security initiatives, including LLMs, APIs, and intelligent agent frameworks
• Collaborate closely with AI teams to understand deployment patterns, security considerations, and operational requirements
• Partner with IAM teams to support implementation, validation, and governance of identity solutions
• Design and implement least‑privilege access models for both human and machine identities
• Develop identity architecture standards including RBAC models, group structures, and access governance frameworks
• Support authentication and authorization design using OAuth 2.0, token flows, and modern identity security patterns
• Contribute to enterprise identity modernization initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments
• Document architecture decisions, identity workflows, and security design standards

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture and solution design
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory in both cloud and on‑premises environments
• Experience designing RBAC models, group structures, and enterprise access management frameworks
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and identity integrations
• Experience managing and designing non‑human identity solutions, including managed identities and service principals
• Understanding of machine identity lifecycle management and least‑privilege access principles
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts including OAuth 2.0, token flows, and identity security patterns
• Experience designing secure access solutions for APIs, applications, and distributed systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively across AI, security, and IAM teams
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud identity services
• Exposure to AI/ML environments, AI agents, LLM deployments, or intelligent automation solutions
• Understanding of security considerations related to AI deployments and agent‑based architectures
• Experience supporting enterprise identity modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with fine‑grained authorization models and advanced identity governance concepts
