Identify opportunities to recommend products or services based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. Share customer feedback and recurring questions with appropriate team members. Help create a welcoming and positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to support customer service goals. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
