Position: Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator Location: Miamisburg, OH Job Id: 173 # of Openings: 1 Summary of Role The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day logistics execution and warehouse coordination across Killer Brownie facilities and external 3PL partners. The role coordinates shipments, receiving, transfers, system transactions, documentation, and routine exception follow-up while maintaining effective communication between Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners. The position also provides trained warehouse support as business needs require. Typical work hours are between 9:00am and 6:30pm and may flex based on operational needs. $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits Annual Bonus Benefits Package After 90 Days Free Brownies - because some benefits are better eaten than explained. Role and Responsibilities Coordinate routine shipment releases, order fulfillment, ASNs, freight tendering, shipment scheduling, dock appointments, and customer pickups. Coordinate routine communication with carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners, including appointment confirmation, shipment status, and follow-up. Maintain accurate shipment dates, delivery dates, appointments, references, and status information in applicable systems. Coordinate receiving appointments and finished-goods transfers between Killer Brownie facilities and external 3PL locations. Execute and verify shipping, receiving, transfer, and inventory transactions in NetSuite, RF-Smart, and other approved systems. Maintain accurate BOLs, shipping documents, receiving records, and required trackers in accordance with standard work. Research routine shipment, inventory, and 3PL discrepancies; resolve within established procedures and escalat exceptions when needed. Keep physical product movement aligned with system transactions and required item, lot, pallet, bin, and inventory traceability. Communicate proactively when service, inventory, cost, or execution is at risk and escalat issues requiring manager-level direction. Provide trained warehouse floor support as needed, including staging, pallet movement, loading support, pallet flips, and other assigned tasks. Requirements Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, shipping and receiving, or a related supply chain role is preferred. Experience with ERP or WMS systems is preferred; NetSuite and RF scanning experience are a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate item, lot, quantity, shipment, and inventory information. Ability to prioritize multiple shipments, appointments, transfers, and exceptions in a fast-paced environment. Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners. Working proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and shared tracking documents. Problem-solving ability to identify issues, gather facts, recommend next actions, and escalat appropriately. Previous powered industrial vehicle experience is preferred. Required Killer Brownie training and internal licensing must be completed before independent equipment operation, and all warehouse safety procedures must be followed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
