Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $560,000 – $650,000/year based on training and experience

What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced urological care to adults and pediatrics, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries
• Perform procedures such as prostatectomies, cystectomies, bladder biopsies, and office-based procedures
• Lead establishment of new prostatectomy and cystectomy programs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supported by modern diagnostic and surgical technology
• Engage in mentorship opportunities and contribute to a thriving urology practice
• Support a patient-centered environment with a supportive, collaborative medical staff
• Use Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Urology
• Ohio medical license or eligible to obtain
• Valid DEA registration
• At least 3 years of Urology experience (no recent grads)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

Preferred:

• Experience with robotic surgeries, minimally invasive procedures, and subspecialty support
• Extra certifications (e.g., NRP)
