The nurse is responsible for performing patient assessments and monitoring vitals. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team during interventional procedures. It is essential to demonstrate proficiency in cardiac medication administration. The RN will participate in patient education regarding cardiac health. The position demands the ability to handle critical situations with composure. Familiarity with advanced cardiac equipment is required. The nurse must also meet certification and health requirements as mandated. Maintaining patient safety and comfort is a primary responsibility. The role involves adhering to best practices in infection control and safety protocols. The RN will document all patient interactions accurately and timely. The nurse will participate in continuing education to maintain competencies.
