Laborer

DickAndersonConstructionisseekingexperiencedandmotivatedLaborers tojoinourteaminMissoula,MT. TheConstructionLaborerisresponsibleforperforminggenerallaborerdutiesatvariousresidential,commercial,and/orindustrialjobsitelocations,includingtheorganizationofmaterials,cleanupduties,andassistingtheCarpenters.ThispositionworksunderthedirectsupervisionoftheForeman. Responsibilities Include: Obtainsdailyworkinstructionsanddeterminesworktobedone. Retrieves supplies and materials for the Carpenters. Assists with performing concrete work setup and disassembly. Cuts framing material and other materials using saws. Grades lumber. Keeps all materials on project organized. Assists in framing duties. Safely sets up staging, scaffolding, and ladders. Assists with prepping and sanding materials for staining/painting. Maintains and cleans all powertools, handtools, and other equipment. Keeps job site trailer and supplies organized. Loads and unloads materials and supplies from trucks/trailers at job sites. Packs material to specific areas at the construction site as needed. Performs housekeeping and keeps work area clean throughout the project and removes trash and debris. Will shovel, sweep, and pickup materials by hand.
