We foster a culture where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are valued, and innovation drives real-world solutions.Responsibilities:Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Coordinate the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.Maintain account information in CRM system including logging all calls.Support remote territory sales team within the region for sales and administrative functions.Provide seasonal sales data and forecasting for sourcing team for the region to meet market trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on customer needs, product feedback, and efforts around going to market.
