The Inclusion Mentor will be provide mentorship and positive guidance to children and adults with disabilities while making a positive impact in the community. With in-depth training on disability adaptations, accommodation, and personal care needs you will gain critical experience in positive guidance techniques and program creation. Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, andfacilitate practices
- Assisting volunteerbuddies (volunteers)
- Setup and takedown equipment
- Thisis apart-timeposition working an average of 6-8 hours per week allhours are evenings and weekends.
- Summer hours will offer more hours due to the 3 weeks of camp we have from 7:30a-3p
- Motivating,positive, energetic, and creative
- Possess sportsknowledge
- Experience in allaspects of working with individuals withdisabilities
