Job Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience and hold a valid RRT license in Ohio, along with current BLS certification. This position requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed and may entail floating to facilities in the region.
Shift Details
The position primarily operates on the following schedule:
- Shift Type: Night
- Hours: 3x12-Hour (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy to patients across various facilities.
- Ensure compliance with required certifications and documentation.
- Contribute to a collaborative healthcare team environment.
- Communicate any required time-off requests during submission and interviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Current Ohio RRT license is mandatory.
- Valid BLS certification in hand at the time of submission.
- Previous charge experience and familiarity with various patient ratios is advantageous.
Facility and Patient Care Information
This role may involve working with a diverse patient demographics and requires expertise in various treatment procedures. Candidates should be prepared to handle different patient diagnoses and use specialized equipment as required in respiratory therapy.
Compliance and Requirements
- This is a smoke-free facility; candidates must be nicotine-free.
- A negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine testing, is required within 12 months of start and updated annually.
- Background checks will be conducted, and any license-related issues will be reviewed.
- Annual competency requirements will need to be fulfilled for continued compliance.

Position available in various facilities located in Cleveland, OH, including Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and Pulmonary Main Campus.
