Our organization is actively looking for an Academic Obstetrician-Gynecologist Generalist to become a part of our esteemed Department of Gynecology & Obstetrics. As the referral center for the Inland Empire, we offer comprehensive care for women facing complex obstetric and gynecologic challenges. With over 4,000 deliveries each year, our faculty collaborates closely with specialists in the region's largest NICU, integrating pediatric surgery, cardiology, and other specialties to provide tailored multidisciplinary care for each family.

Through our partnership with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we deliver essential OBGYN services to underserved individuals and families. This collaboration underscores our commitment to addressing health disparities and providing compassionate care to the most vulnerable members of our community.

Faculty members have the option to choose reduced work schedules with proportional salary adjustments or pursue additional productivity to enhance their earnings. Our manageable call structure includes capped 24-hour shifts and post-call recovery days. A planned laborist program will further alleviate call burdens, offering greater flexibility and support for our faculty.

Our expertise in surgical and clinical education supports an exceptional residency training program. Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation for this position is expected to range from $330,000 to $390,000, adjusted based on years of experience and faculty rank. Additional variable compensation for exceeding productivity benchmarks is paid semi-annually. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
