Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for their Enid, Oklahoma location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient care in a clinical laboratory setting. The position offers Monday-Friday hours with potential weekend requests and includes a quarterly incentive bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
• Accurately enter patient information and maintain specimen logs
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and process billing information
• Deliver exceptional customer service and perform administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with fast-paced, high-volume work environments
• 2+ years phlebotomy experience in clinical/hospital setting (preferred)
• Experience with pediatric through geriatric patient populations (preferred)
