Journeyman Electrician

$26-$32/hr + Performance Bonuses | Pre-Planned Jobs | Professional Local Team | Company Van Included We are currently hiring for this position on behalf of our sister company, Hayes Electrical. At Hayes Electrical, we believe a great job starts with respecting the electrician. You won't find chaos, last-minute guesswork, or unorganized systems here--we set you up for success before you even step foot on the job site. Every sold job comes to you fully prepared with photos, notes, and a video walkthrough so you know exactly what to expect and can execute with pride. The Role As a Journeyman Electrician, you get to focus on what you do best: executing high-quality installs and taking great care of customers. You get a dedicated apprentice to handle the heavy lifting, materials, and cleanup--and zero selling or quoting requirements on your end. What You Get To Do Lead installs with ease: Work alongside an apprentice who manages tools, materials, and job site cleanup so you can focus on quality work. Get paid to plan: Enjoy built-in, paid planning time every week to organize your own materials and prep your jobs without rushing. Work with clarity: Execute code-compliant residential jobs backed by thorough pre-planning and clear scopes. Build customer trust: Communicate directly with homeowners, keeping them in the loop while you bring their projects to life. Take pride in complete wins: Wrap up jobs cleanly with straightforward homeowner walkthroughs, photo updates, and review requests. Who Thrives Here Want to take true pride in your craftsmanship without being micro-managed. Enjoy working with a dedicated partner (your apprentice) rather than going it totally alone. Appreciate structured days, clear communication, and starting early to finish strong. Like having a real voice in how your jobs are planned and executed. Want a reliable long-term career home with genuine room for advancement. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience and a valid Jouneyman or Wireman license. Strong, friendly communication skills for direct homeowner interaction. Comfortable following our standard end-of-job routine (walkthroughs, neighbor intros, and review asks). Compensation & Perks Competitive Base Pay: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on your experience. Bonus Potential: Extra earnings via regular performance bonuses. Full Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Health Insurance coverage. Take-Home Fleet: Dedicated company van and necessary job equipment provided. Paid Prep Time: Dedicated, paid planning time built into your schedule so you're never scrambling. Investment in Your Career: Daily check-ins, hands-on training, regular 1-on-1s, and a clear path to transition into sales if you want to grow. At Hayes Electrical, we give you the prep, the support, and the respect you deserve as a professional trade craftsman. If you're ready for steady work, real structure, and a team that has your back. #J-18808-Ljbffr Keil Electric, LLC
