Responsibilities

• Generate business every week using proven PLACE lead-generation systems and team-supported opportunities.
• Turn conversations into appointments through consistent prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building.
• Convert buyers into committed clients through strong consultations and signed buyer agreements.
• Help clients find the right home and confidently negotiate winning offers on their behalf.
• Build your listing business by consulting with sellers, earning listings, and creating effective marketing strategies.
• Develop expertise in pricing, staging, positioning, and other essential listing services.
• Host two open houses each month to meet new clients, build your database, and create additional opportunities.
• Sharpen your skills weekly through script practice, live training, and hands-on coaching.
• Receive weekly one-on-one coaching designed to help you overcome obstacles, stay accountable, and accelerate your results.
• Stay organized and focused by tracking your activities, tasks, and opportunities in PLACE Technology.
• Collaborate with a fun, high-energy team that works hard, celebrates wins, and pushes one another to grow.
