Spread Your Wings, LLC. – ILS Services is hiring an Independent Living Life Skills Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Salinas and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers 10–15 hours per week with a pay rate of $21 per hour. You’ll coach clients in daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene), document progress, and collaborate with program managers.
