Mitchell Subaru is seeking a friendly and professional part time Showroom Receptionist Greeter to join our team in Canton, CT. This role is integral to creating a welcoming and positive first impression for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and attended to from the moment they enter our showroom. Hours will be Monday through Friday 3:30 -6:00 or four weekdays and Saturday from 8:00-5:00. 

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and provide a positive first impression of Mitchell Subaru.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about the dealership, and help coordinate appointments.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance overall customer experience.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Familiarity with automotive industry is a plus.
