About the Role:

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in Omaha, NE! Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
• Conduct fitness assessments, body composition evaluations, and goal-setting sessions with new clients
• Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support to personal training clients
• Actively engage gym floor members to promote personal training services and drive new client acquisition
• Ensure safe and proper exercise technique through hands-on coaching and cueing
• Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and session scheduling
• Uphold gym cleanliness, equipment safety, and a welcoming member experience

Requirements:

• Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED certification required
• Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition fundamentals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Ability to build and retain a personal training client base
• Energetic, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness

Compensation: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
