Mentor and coach individual producers to help them refine their sales techniques and exceed their personal benchmarks. Deepen our roots in the local community by networking with business owners and neighborhood partners. Review sales reports regularly to identify areas where we can improve our service delivery or outreach. Ensure that all policies and sales practices remain compliant with state insurance regulations. Collaborate with the ownership group to shape our long‑term growth initiatives and office culture. Requirements Connecticut Property & Casualty and Life & Health Producer Licenses. Five or more years of experience managing insurance sales teams. Deep knowledge of local market trends and client needs in the Connecticut area. Demonstrable history of driving revenue growth and hitting performance targets. Leadership experience in mentoring sales staff and fostering professional development. Strong comfort level with data analysis to inform sales strategies.
