What will you bring to this role?

• Active Occupational Therapist license and relevant credentials
• Experience in school-based and/or healthcare OT roles, with skills supporting students’ physical, sensory, and functional needs
• Knowledge of assessment and testing protocols for a range of ages and abilities
• Comfortable providing both in-person testing and remote/virtual supervision
• Adaptability and strong organizational skills to coordinate varying weekly hours
• Excellent communication for building rapport with students, staff, and families

What will your responsibilities include?

• Perform direct testing and evaluation of students as needed for IEPs and program planning
• Deliver supervision sessions virtually or on-site, based on weekly scheduling with the IEP Coordinator
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for student support plans
• Collaborate with educational teams to ensure effective interventions and accommodations
• Maintain thorough documentation and track progress toward student goals
• Adapt your schedule to align with the needs of the district—some weeks involve more remote supervision, while others require up to three days of on-site testing
