Civil Estimator

We are looking for a Civil Estimator who will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for underground utilities, pipeline, wet utilities, grading, structures, and related construction projects. This role performs quantity takeoffs, analyzes labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs, and prepares complete bid packages in support of business development and project execution

The Estimator works closely with Operations, Project Management, and the Division Manager to ensure pricing reflects current market conditions, production expectations, and company profitability goals.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of construction estimating experience required
• Experience in underground utilities, wet utilities, pipeline, grading, or civil construction strongly preferred
• Equivalent estimating experience may be substituted for formal education
