Staff Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

A prestigious global law firm, is seeking an experienced Staff Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a full-cycle recruiter with legal recruiting experience who enjoys partnering with hiring managers and driving the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for business professional and staff positions. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and understand hiring needs. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruiting channels. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Extend offers and assist with offer negotiations. Maintain recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting agencies. Track recruiting metrics and contribute to continuous process improvements. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Prior recruiting experience within a law firm or legal staffing environment is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting business professionals, including administrative, finance, HR, IT, marketing, and legal support positions. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management skills.
